Rachel Glendye is the manager of Annsfield Estate—and the driving force behind its transformation into the stunning venue it is today. As the daughter of Brent and the niece of Andy, Rachel has a deep-rooted passion for the estate and the legacy it represents. With a heart for hospitality, a creative spirit, and a fierce work ethic, she has built Annsfield from the ground up, turning a family dream into a thriving destination for weddings, events, and retreats. Outside of Annsfield, Rachel is a devoted wife and proud mom of five, bringing the same love, energy, and care to her work as she does to her home.

With a deep passion for culinary creativity and years of experience in the kitchen, including part-time chef with us, Kira brings more than just amazing dishes to the table—she brings heart, energy, and a contagious love for food that elevates everyone around her.
