Here’s what you need to know before submitting:

• 🦃 Meal availability is based on community donations and cannot be guaranteed for every request.

• 💛 If we are able to provide your meal, you will receive confirmation by Sunday, November 23rd.

• 📍 Meals must be picked up at Annsfield Estate — delivery is not available at this time.

• ⏰ Pickup date and time details will be provided in your confirmation message.

• ⚠️ Please submit one form per household. Duplicate submissions may delay processing.
